Water Babies
Water Babies offer parent and baby swimming sessions to members and the general public at certain times of the week at quiet times in the pool schedule.
Achieving your fitness goals
When joining up to elevate health and fitness all members receive a free induction and personal programme in the gym so we can help you achieve your fitness goals. We will show you how to use all the equipment safely and design a personal programme that can be reviewed every 6-8 weeks free of charge with one of our fitness professionals to ensure you are on the right track to achieve your fitness goals.
